TUITION

TRACK OUT AND SUMMER CAMP TUITION

$380 per week from 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
$65 per week from 3:30-6 pm - Extended Care

Daily rate - $80.00 per child and subject to availability. Not available during peak Summer months June-Aug. Not available for online reservation, must be reserved via email or by phone
Active Duty Military, Full time First Responders and Full Time Teachers - 10% discount.

**Days missed during camp weeks cannot be made up in subsequent weeks and no credits or refunds will be given for missed days of camp.

TEACHER WORK DAYS, HOLIDAYS AND INDIVIDUAL DAY TUITION:

$80.00 Per day per child (no sibling discounts)


BIRTHDAYS, PNO AND OTHER SERVICES

BIRTHDAY PARTIES (Available from Mid-Sept. – thru May)

$275 (limit of 12 children)
Optional packages:
You may choose horse upgrade for an extra charge of $75.00 for 12 children.


ADDITIONAL FEES:

ALL CANCELATIONS / NO-SHOWS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE PER CHILD, PER WEEK WITHOUT 2 WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELATION. THIS APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES: TRACK OUT & SUMMER CAMP, AFTER SCHOOL CARE AND BIRTHDAY PARTIES.

There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
There will be an additional fee of 2.99% added to all Credit Card Transactions.

Inclement Weather: We will follow Wake County Schools for early release, closures or delays resulting from inclement weather. There are no refunds, credits or make up days offered for days closed due to inclement weather.
